Tool MonitoringOur tool monitoring systems checks tools in production machines by probe contact.Tool scanning moves the probe from the home position in the selected direction. On tool contact an "OK" signal output is generated at the controller. The probe immediately moves back to the home position. If the tool is broken the probe will not encounter an obstacle at the recorded position. The controller generates immediately a "NotOK" output. System WK2 - To monitor tools or free spaces - Absolutely leak proof with triple sealing - Shavings deflector prevents shavings from lodging between moving parts System BKS1S - To monitor one or two tools - Independent scanning in both directions - Fixed home position System WK3 - To monitor parts or tools - Eliminates damages due to incorrectly clamped parts - Accuracy up to 0.1mm |
